We find ourselves going around in circles asking the same questions.

What can a small Proudly South African Company like The Venue do during these challenging times when its revenue depends on functions and group events?
The answer? - We need to evolve

Despite this uncertainty we look forward and focus on the future. We need to be innovative and optimistic in our approach towards business in a post-lockdown South Africa. This is not a time to look back.
How will COVID-19 change our industry?
Venues will increase their focus on sustainability, environmental friendliness, health, and wellness
Touch points will be minimized: registration will become digital; buffet stations will be a thing if the past; and all food and beverage stations will be manned by employees practicing the highest levels of hygiene
The concept of cleanliness and hygiene will reach a completely new level, by implementing even more stringent practices
The number of guests attending conferences will be reduced to ensure physical distancing standards are adhered to
Conference facilities will include live stream elements to increase their audience reach
It is important that we proactively find new and creative ways to adapt to this pandemic.
Making the best out of a bad situation
