Our event process begins with an enquiry and availability check, followed by a tailored proposal and recommended site visit. Once the booking is accepted, a contract and deposit invoice are issued, and the event is confirmed upon receipt of the signed contract and deposit. From there, our team assists with planning, menus, layouts, suppliers, technical requirements, and final event details to ensure a smooth and professional event experience.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, venue, and event requirements. The Venue works on a live online booking system, and as our coordinators manage multiple enquiries daily, dates remain subject to availability and can be reserved at any time.
Lead times may vary depending on the size and complexity of the event, however larger events, peak season dates, and year-end functions should ideally be booked well in advance. Our team will always do their best to assist with shorter lead-time enquiries, subject to availability.
